Federation and National Team


The Luxembourg Lacrosse Federation is responsible for overseeing the national team and ensuring the development of youth and club lacrosse across the country. As the governing body of the sport in Luxembourg, the federation works to support clubs, promote youth engagement, and strengthen the overall lacrosse structure.

In addition to managing the national team’s participation in international competitions, the federation plays a key role in coordinating youth programs, facilitating club development, and ensuring the long-term growth of lacrosse in Luxembourg. Through collaboration with local organizations, schools, and sports institutions, it strives to expand the sport’s reach and create opportunities for players of all levels.

The Luxembourg national team competes in international tournaments, including the 2028 Olympic qualification in the Sixes format and major events such as the 2018 World Lacrosse Championship. With these competitions, the team continues to establish itself on the global stage and contribute to the sport’s development in Luxembourg.

National Team Training


The Luxembourg Lacrosse Federation regularly organizes training camps on weekends, which are open to all players. These camps aim to further develop and promote the sport of lacrosse in the country in the best possible way.

Additionally, anyone actively involved in the national team can use the gym at the Institut national du sport on Mondays to improve their fitness. It is only required to actively participate in the national team to gain access to the training facilities and fitness area.
